PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
Deliveries to US, Caribbean, South American and Europe addresses are made by Fedex, using the quickest route. Shipping charges are calculated by volumetric weight, and are shown at the time of order. For all international deliveries, shipping pricing excludes local taxes and duties; and are Delivered at Place (DAP- incoterms 2010). All Deliveries within USA will have local taxes added at checkout.

Shipping time to most US capital cities is usually within 1-3 business days, and up to 15 business days for International deliveries.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Delivery is deemed to be effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods were received. If the packaging is damaged, please do not sign the delivery docket and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
If the delivery is attempted to your address and no one is able to sign for it, then the delivery company will transfer it to a nearby depot and leave a card with a number to call to arrange a re-delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the courier company will specifically follow the location instructions.
If you prefer for the parcel to be left at your delivery address in your absence, please select the option “Authority to Leave” when checking out. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, dirt, damage, theft etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.
From time to time a product will be out of stock. We will endeavour to ensure items are back in stock within 4-6 weeks, any further delay will be advised. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our webshop.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange – provided that the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. Rugs that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return. We will not accept any returns of a rug pad underlay if it has been opened.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Please note that a restocking fee may apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

CUSTOM RUGS AND SALE ITEMS
We regret that we are not able to cancel, refund or exchange custom rugs or sale items with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers have 24 hours from the time the custom order is placed to cancel it. After 24 hours, the order is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded.
Please note that lead times are estimations only. Due to factors beyond our control such as production or freight delays and/or adverse weather, we do not guarantee lead times.
Our rugs are individually hand made and hand woven items and as such they are subject to the following variations, which are not considered faults or defects:
1) Size: being a hand made article, the size can vary by +/-3% from the size ordered.
2) Color: the Products are made primarily from natural and undyed fibers. Every effort is made to ensure there is minimal color variation however some variation can be expected.
3) Fading: Placing rugs in direct and continuous sunlight will cause them to fade. Charcoal color products will fade in natural light/sunlight. Some color may transfer on light colored surfaces. Rotate your rug to minimize damage caused by natural light.
4) Design & Construction: Minor variations may be evident, which is due to the fact that the Product is a handmade item including line/ weave thickness.
5) Shading: Due to changes in pile and weave direction shading may occur and is a natural characteristic of carpets and rugs.
6) Shedding: Our hand made rugs are made from all natural fibers. Natural fiber rugs will initially shed loose fibers, this is a normal process. The removal of any loose fibers will be hastened by regular vacuuming using a good quality upright vacuum cleaner.
7) Pilling can occur due to traffic, moving of furniture, vacuuming or other mechanical agitation. This can be trimmed with scissors.
8) Pop ups: Due to the type of weaving, there will be short fibers popping up while the rug settles. This can be trimmed or pushed through.
Our rugs are handmade and are therefore unable to have an unconditional warranty. However, we will repair or replace any rug if it is defective during 12 months from the date of purchase provided a rug was used for normal household purposes and maintained in accordance with the care instructions by you.
Any improper or negligent use or neglect will void this warranty. The warranty applies to household residential use only and not to any commercial, contract, rental, trade, institutional or other non-residential use. If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, please contact our Customer Care Team at +1 424 343 0634 or email@example.com who will assist you in your claim. You will be asked to provide:
- photographic evidence to support the claim.
- The invoice number and date of purchase;
For the avoidance of doubt, a product is not defective if there is a manufacturing variation referred to above.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, we shall have no liability to you (whether for breach of contract, negligence or on any other basis) for loss of use, profit, revenue, business, contract or anticipated benefit or saving, or for any delay, increase in operating costs or for any special, indirect or consequential loss. Otherwise, our maximum aggregate liability to you (whether for breach of contract, negligence or on any other basis) is limited to the price of the product in respect of which such liability may arise.

Unless otherwise indicated, we own the copyright and other intellectual property rights (“IP”) in the content on this website. Some of the IP in the content may be owned by someone else and is included on our website under a license or agreement.
All copying, downloading, reproduction, distribution adaptation, modification or communication of the site or any content is prohibited except with our prior written permission. The site contains trademarks which are registered or otherwise protected by law. You are not permitted to use these trademarks except with our prior written permission.

Projects entered into the Inspiration section of our website must have used Armadillo & Co rug within the project. Entrants must obtain express approval of the property owner to enter the project. Entrants can submit more than one project.
By participating to Inspiration program, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in connection with the promotion of our rugs, in any media now or any of our marketing printed or online materials. By participating, each entrant grants to us the unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with Inspiration, and pictures or likenesses of entrants. We will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with any such use.
