Please note that although every effort is made to photograph our products accurately, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise. SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
We aim to provide all of our customers with a safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure our safe transfer to us. The records of all activities you undertake or record using our website will remain strictly confidential and will only be disclosed to our employees and contractors for the purposes of fulfilling your order. We do not disclose any information to third parties. We may use your email address to send our email newsletters and other announcements regarding promotions, new products and special features. Armadillo only collects personal information when you knowingly provide it. Personal information is collected in a number of ways, including directly from you collected over the phone, via email or fax, within marketing activities and invitation responses, and when you submit information to us through our website (eg by email, chat, a form or cookies).

Your contact details may be used by us for the purposes of sending marketing correspondence or invitations to you. We acknowledge and respect an individual’s choice to opt-out of our direct marketing communications and activities. PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. SHIPPING & COSTS
Deliveries to addresses in the United States, Caribbean, South America and Europe are made by Fedex, using the quickest route. Shipping costs are calculated by volumetric weight, and are shown at the time of order. All shipping costs indicated on our website are in USD.
We offer free domestic shipping within the United States on all orders (contiguous 48 states only). For Alaska, Hawaii and International addresses, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All deliveries within the United States will have local taxes added at checkout. For all international deliveries, shipping pricing excludes local taxes and duties, and are Delivered at Place (DAP- incoterms 2010). Shipping time is usually within 3-7 business days to most US capital cities, and up to 15 business days for international deliveries.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within three business days after your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery via FEDEX or BTX Global.
From time to time a product will be out of stock. We will endeavor to ensure items are back in stock within 4-6 weeks or advise of any further delay. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our online store.
Sometimes your delivery will be split by the courier company into partial deliveries larger and smaller items. Please check the number of pieces on the total delivery to make sure none are missed. If the packaging is damaged, please do not sign the delivery docket and contact our Customer Care team immediately.

CUSTOM RUGS & SALE ITEMS
We regret that we are not able to cancel, refund or exchange custom rugs or sale items unless there are manufacturer defects or damages.
Customers have 24 hours from the time the custom order is placed to cancel it. After 24 hours, the order is considered a final sale and cannot be refunded. Please note that lead times are estimations only. Due to factors beyond our control such as production or freight delays and/or adverse weather, we do not guarantee lead times.
Sales items purchased during a promotion, or from the “Archive Sale” section are a final sale. No exchanges or returns of sale items are accepted at any time.
Our rugs are individually handmade and as such they are subject to the following variations, which are not considered faults or defects:
- Size: being a hand made article, the size can vary by +/-3% from the size ordered.
- Color: the Products are made primarily from natural and undyed fibers. Every effort is made to ensure there is minimal color variation however some variation can be expected.
- Fading: Placing rugs in direct and continuous sunlight will cause them to fade. Charcoal color products will fade in natural light/sunlight. Some color may transfer on light colored surfaces. Rotate your rug to minimize damage caused by natural light.
- Design & Construction: Minor variations may be evident, which is due to the fact that the Product is a handmade item including line/ weave thickness.
- Shading: Due to changes in pile and weave direction shading may occur and is a natural characteristic of carpets and rugs.
- Shedding: Our hand made rugs are made from all natural fibers. Natural fiber rugs will initially shed loose fibers, this is a normal process. The removal of any loose fibers will be hastened by regular vacuuming using a good quality upright vacuum cleaner.
- Pilling can occur due to traffic, moving of furniture, vacuuming or other mechanical agitation. This can be trimmed with scissors.
- Pop ups: Due to the type of weaving, there will be short fibers popping up while the rug settles. This can be trimmed or pushed through.
Our rugs are handmade and are therefore unable to have an unconditional warranty. However, we will repair or replace any rug if it is defective within 12 months from the date of purchase, provided the rug was used for normal household purposes and maintained in accordance with the care instructions by you. Any improper or negligent use or neglect will void this warranty. The warranty applies to household residential use only and not to any commercial, contract, rental, trade, institutional or other non-residential use.
If you wish to make a claim under this warranty, please contact our Customer Care team at +1 424 343 0634 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked to provide:
- The invoice number and date of purchase; and
- Photographic evidence to support your claim, including a top shot of the product with at least two close-up images of the defect.
For the avoidance of doubt, a product is not defective if there is a manufacturing variation referred to above.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, we shall have no liability to you (whether for breach of contract, negligence or on any other basis) for loss of use, profit, revenue, business, contract or anticipated benefit or saving, or for any delay, increase in operating costs or for any special, indirect or consequential loss. Otherwise, our maximum aggregate liability to you (whether for breach of contract, negligence or on any other basis) is limited to the price of the product in respect of which such liability may arise.

Unless otherwise indicated, we own the copyright and other intellectual property rights (“IP”) in the content on this website. Some of the IP in the content may be owned by someone else and is included on our website under a license or agreement.
All copying, downloading, reproduction, distribution adaptation, modification or communication of the site or any content is prohibited except with our prior written permission. The site contains trademarks which are registered or otherwise protected by law. You are not permitted to use these trademarks except with our prior written permission.

Our website may be linked to other websites over which we have no control. We make no representations about the accuracy of information contained on those websites. We are not liable for the content on those websites.
We publish electronic addresses on this website to facilitate communication relating to our business functions. We give no consent to receiving unsolicited commercial electronic messages or SPAM.
Projects entered into the Inspiration section of our website must have used an Armadillo rug within the project. Entrants must obtain express approval of the property owner to enter the project. Entrants can submit more than one project.
By participating to Inspiration program, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in connection with the promotion of our rugs, in any media now or any of our marketing printed or online materials. By participating, each entrant grants to us the unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with Inspiration, and pictures or likenesses of entrants. We will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with any such use.
