About the role – Account Manager (NYC):

Reporting to our Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth, development and maintenance of our customer base, and local sales and marketing of our products across the East Coast region. Specifically:

  • Product and Company promotion to the design industry across NYC and US East Coast
  • Giving presentations to Interior Designers and Architects and maintain client libraries.
  • Collaboration and teamwork with the broader Sales team
  • Business development and new client prospecting – actively contributing to meeting and exceeding the East Coast Sales strategy and targets.
  • Presenting professional, bright & helpful customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: To be familiar with the construction of the products, and be able to recommend products for different applications.
  • Keeping our online database current with new and existing Company contacts.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients/customers and managing requests of orders, samples, information, product care, trouble shooting, etc.
  • Managing our product display and day to day operations of our NYC Trade Showroom
  • Supporting the wholesale/retail channel as required.

About you:

You will be a confident Account Management and Sales Professional with experience in the NY market and a flair for interior design. You will be highly motivated, with solid knowledge and experience across sales in a similar industry (and just as passionate about our product and brand as we are!). This role is part of a small but powerful US sales team, and we want someone who can bring new and innovative ideas to help us evolve our ways of working.

The position is a full-time role, based in our NYC Trade Showroom in the Flatiron district.

  • Strong time management with high attention to detail
