About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, we are seeking a standalone Human Resources & Office Manager to become an integral part of our team. Based in our Surry Hills office, this role will be responsible for delivering a broad range of Human Resources and Recruitment support to our Australian and US businesses, as well as overseeing the smooth running of the Australian offices. The ideal candidate will have experience within Human Resource or Recruitment as well as a flexible approach to work.

Human Resources

  • On-boarding of new team members including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
  • Offer management and issuing of employment agreements and variations.
  • Overseeing the OH&S Committee and conducting quarterly meetings of wider workplace issues.
  • Acting as a BCorp Committee member and interpreting internal company policies, procedures and relevant awards.
  • Facilitating quarterly employee feedback surveys and driving People & Culture events.
  • Supporting ad-hoc HR Projects and Business Initiatives.
  • Maintaining employee database (Bamboo HR).

Office Management

  • Liaising with key bodies such as strata & building management for office and showroom related queries and information.
  • Managing and maintaining office supplies for the Australian team.
  • Coordinating events, staff birthdays, farewell gifts and travel when required.

About You

  • 3+ Years of experience in a similar role.
  • Administration experience is desirable.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
