Marketing Executive – NSW Australia

Armadillo is looking for an enthusiastic and agile marketing professional to join our marketing team.

The Marketing Executive role is the perfect opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator looking for the next step in their career, and to join and learn from an exceptional team, working on one of Australia’s leading lifestyle brands. About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player who works well in a team setting and across departments.
  • Organised, proactive and high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Thrives on challenge and multiple priorities
  • Experience or interest in the interiors space highly regarded

About the Role

Starting in January 2022, we are looking for a Marketing Executive with initiative and drive to provide support to the Global Marketing team. Based in our Surry Hills office, the role will be supporting key activities across PR, Communications and Digital. This is a Parental Leave contract from January to September 2022. You will be working in an exciting, fast paced environment with an abundance of variety alongside a supportive team.Key Tasks

  • Providing overall support to the Marketing team workflow processes within PR, digital, social, print advertising, EDM and monthly reporting.
  • Assisting with the production of large- and small-scale events and photographic and video shoots (pre-production and on site).
  • Acting as primary liaison with our PR agency, assisting with media requests in a timely manner to maximise exposure in top-tier publications
  • Compiling the weekly marketing WIP and distributing weekly agenda and monthly/event-based post reports.
  • Overseeing PR loans including the distribution and coordination of rugs, collateral, merchandising and managing of PR clippings.
  • Maintaining and managing Mailchimp audience and/or other CRM databases.
  • Managing content of the Armadillo website including content preparation, upload, monitoring online sales data analytics, interpretation, and presentation.
  • Managing affiliates, data analytics, fulfilments, customer life cycles and loyalty program.
  • Assisting with social media monitoring & scheduling.
