National Sales Coordinator – NSW

About the Role 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role is a 12-month full time parental leave contract (with the possibility of an extension), starting in August and based in our Showroom/Head Office in Surry Hills.

Key Tasks

  • Internal sales department reporting and presentations
  • National claims management co-ordination
  • Management of deliveries and logistics (and assistance with Designer Transport where required)
  • Distribution coordination of sampling (showrooms, WHS stores and trade clients)
  • Coordination of sales events (e.g. networking opportunities and in-store experiences)
  • Assisting the Managing Director with Sales team co-ordination (meetings, agendas, contact reporting etc)
  • Distribution coordination of rugs, collateral & merchandising

  • You are reliable, flexible, proactive and have excellent attention to detail
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a self-starter who is happy to work proactively, both autonomously and in a team
  • You have strong relationship-building skills
