Sales Consultant & Showroom Coordinator, VIC

About the Role

We are seeking a confident and driven Sales Consultant & Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne working directly with consumers. This role will be front of house in our Richmond Showroom and be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Consultant

  • Customer service focused; over the phone and greeting clients arriving in the Showroom to ensure a positive brand experience
  • Day to day sales consultant duties: quote/order requests, sampling, product information and care, trouble-shooting, monitoring orders from quote through to delivery as required
  • Support the State Manager with the management of the VIC trade client portfolio and in-store events
  • Researching prospective clients and building our clientele database

Showroom/Office Management

  • Managing sample send outs and assisting with daily Showroom deliveries
  • Ensuring Showroom front and back of house presentation is maintained in line with Brand expectations
  • Liaise with key bodies such as strata & building management for office and Showroom related queries and information
  • Administration responsibilities including food & stationery orders and cleaning
  • Provide general assistance to the State Manager including sales reporting and presentations when required

About you

Previous experience in the design industry is preferred.
