About the role – Marketing Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Manager to be a part of our growing US team. This role will work closely with both our local US team, and our Global Marketing team (reporting to our Head of Marketing based in Sydney, Australia). This role will be key to ensuring successful local marketing as activity in the US ramps up to support our business growth. The position is fulltime, based in either our LA or NYC Showrooms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to roll out marketing strategies and plans across the US region.
  • Contribute local insights to marketing planning
  • Manage and monitor regional marketing budget
  • Assist with management and production of events, trade fairs & showrooms activations
  • Working closely with agency partners (PR)
  • Working with Global Communications Manager to manage CRM calendar & content development
  • Marketing analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts & reporting

About you

We are searching for a dynamic and focused professional, who can demonstrate high levels of:

  • Passion for all things marketing and interiors

You will also possess physical capability to lift samples or rugs with assistance if required, in accordance with our workplace WH&S policies.
