About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts/Sales Coordinator to become an integral part of our US branch. The ideal candidate will be passionate and organised, demonstrating a high level of personal motivation and efficiency.

Specifically:

  • Sales Order invoicing for East Coast region
  • Customer Service
  • Managing deliveries
  • Managing stock backorders
  • Ordering office supplies

About You

You will be a pro-active coordinator who can bring passion to their work, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and find ways to make our business better. You will have a high attention to detail, but at the same time you have a positive “never-say-never” approach and are willing to take on varied tasks in a small team. You will also possess:

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 2+ years of Admin experience (Ideally from within a sales environment but not essential)
  • Previous experience with invoicing preferred but not essential
